Amitie Therapy and Supervision
I operate my practice along the lines normally associated with an equal opportunities employer.
There are many different models of therapy to choose from. I work from an integrative perspective as I do not believe there is one model of counselling or psychotherapy that help everyone, as each person is an individual and what might suit one person may not necessarily suit another.
I aim to be sensitive to the cultural and ethnic origins of individuals and to people's religious beliefs and sexual orientation.
I offer face to face individual counselling either short term or long term therapy in a calm and tranquil setting. I have experience in issues relating to asperger's syndrome, anorexia, anxiety, relationship difficulties, sexuality, low self esteem, domestic abuse and bereavement.
I am available for evening sessions after 6.30pm.
